What to do when you want to change or cancel your order?

Has you order not been paid and shipped yet? In that case we do not charge you anything when you cancel your order.

Has your order already been paid? In this case we subtract the costs for paying you back.
-For an national bank payment no fees will be charged
-For an international bank payment this is € 10,00
-For an PayPal payment it will be the fee Paypal is charging us

Has your order already been sent?
You can refuse the package when it is delivered to you. When we receive the returned package we will contact you for a solution. We will subtract the shipping and payment cost from the refund.
You will also have to pay for the return shipping cost if you accept the package when it is delivered to you. We expect that you return the package in the same condition as it was sent to you.

For returning products you always need to fill our "RMA request form".
